Now goto to the folder %windir%\System32\oobe
Make a folder info
Inside info make another folder backgrounds.
Change the name of your picture as backgroundDefault.jpg and place it in backgrounds folder (image size < 245KB).

Inside Explorer Create 32-bit DWORD: NoDrives
Open NoDrives and put one of the followng value corresponding to the drive letter you have to hide:

Linux Create A Bootable USB Pen

You need to format your USB pen device as Win FAT32. Once formatted type the following commands to make it bootable.

USB Pen Device Name : /dev/sdb1
DVD Mount : /media/cdrom0

1. Introduction
The Batch Program USB_MultiBoot.cmd can prepare a Bootable USB-Stick,
which can be used to Install XP from USB.
Install from USB-Drive is of general use, it's convenient and faster than installing from CD or DVD,
but is limited to computers that are able to boot from USB, as determined by BIOS and Motherboard.
Updating and Changing an USB-stick is also easier than preparing a new Bootable CD or DVD.
Install XP from USB is very useful when the computer does not have a optical drive,
like e.g. ASUS Eee subnotebook.
Preparing a Bootable USB-Drive with USB_MultiBoot.cmd Involves:

Format USB-stick like a Bootable Harddisk Drive with NTLDR BootSector
using PeToUSB or HP USB Format Tool
Select from the Main Menu of USB_MultiBoot.cmd
1 - Give XP Setup Source Folder and give UserData for XP Setup
2 - Give USB-Drive Target
3 - Make Bootable USB-Drive with XP Setup Folders

Installing XP from USB requires a Reboot from USB-Drive
and Select from Boot Menu: 1. Begin TXT Mode Setup Windows XP

How To Change Your Ip In Less Then 1 Minute

"This article will help you to change your IP address within a minute. Just follow the following step and you will be thru."
1. Click on "Start" in the bottom left hand corner of screen
2. Click on "Run"
3. Type in "command" and hit ok

You should now be at an MSDOS prompt screen.

4. Type "ipconfig /release" just like that, and hit "enter"
5. Type "exit" and leave the prompt
6. Right-click on "Network Places" or "My Network Places" on your desktop.
7. Click on "properties"

You should now be on a screen with something titled "Local Area Connection", or something close to that, and, if you have a network hooked up, all of your other networks.

8. Right click on "Local Area Connection" and click "properties"
9. Double-click on the "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" from the list under the "General" tab
10. Click on "Use the following IP address" under the "General" tab
11. Create an IP address (It doesn't matter what it is. I just type 1 and 2 until i fill the area up).
12. Press "Tab" and it should automatically fill in the "Subnet Mask" section with default numbers.
13. Hit the "Ok" button here
14. Hit the "Ok" button again

You should now be back to the "Local Area Connection" screen.

15. Right-click back on "Local Area Connection" and go to properties again.
16. Go back to the "TCP/IP" settings
17. This time, select "Obtain an IP address automatically"

With a little practice, you can easily get this process down to 15 seconds.

P.S:
This only changes your dynamic IP address, not your ISP/IP address. If you plan on hacking a website with this trick be extremely careful, because if they try a little, they can trace it back

Copy folders without file contents

If you have a folder full of sub-folders that contain some files and you want to create a new folder with the same sub-folder names, but without the files that are contained in the 2008 folders You should open command prompt and use the command xcopy with /t switch to copy the directory structure only without data.

Note: \t switch does not include empty directories. For empty directories you should add another switch \e with \t to xcopy command.

Create A XP Boot Disk from System Files

As a hedge against being unable to start XP, you can create a boot disk specifically for Windows XP that may allow you to boot the operating system. This can occur when the active partition boot record or other required files become corrupted.
Using Windows XP, place a blank floppy in drive A and format the disk. Navigate to the root folder of the system (in most cases this will be C:\) and copy the following files to the floppy disk.
Boot.ini
NTLDR
Ntdetect.com

If you can't see the files, click [Tools] and [Folder Options...] in the Menu Bar of Windows Explorer. Click the [View] tab and click the radio button next to [Show Hidden Files and Folders]. Remove the check mark next to [Hide Protected Operating System Files (Recommended)] then click [Apply] and [OK]. The files should now be visible in Windows Explorer. If the files still cannot be copied, right click each file, click [Properties] and remove the checkmark from the Read-Only attributes. Reset whatever attributes were unchecked after the copy procedure is completed.

In addition to the files listed above, check the same directory for bootsect.dos and ntbootdd.sys files. If they are present on your system, copy them to the same floppy diskette.

The disk is used as any other boot disk, inserting it into the floppy drive (A:\) and initiating a cold boot. Make sure the BIOS is set so that the A:\ drive is first in the boot sequence.

Completly hide a drive in Windows XP

You’ve probably read a bunch of posts on how to create hidden folders, secure folders, locked folders, etc, etc in Windows on many occasions! Hell, one of the most popular articles on this blog is How to create a secure and locked folder in Windows XP. However, hiding a folder is a tricky proposition and usually doesn’t work well unless you use something like Truecrypt.
But there’s yet ANOTHER way you can hide your “private” files using a nifty little registry hack that will completely remove an entire drive from your computer. The drive will not show up in My Computer, will not be accessible from the command prompt, and won’t even show up in Safe Mode!
Ok, so here’s how to implement the hack: first off, back up your registry as this requires adding a key to the registry. Once you’ve backed up your registry, open the registry editor by clicking on Start, Run and typing in regedit.

Now navigate to the following registry hive shown below:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Policies\Explorer
Right-click on Explorer and choose New and then DWORD Value.

Name the new value NoDrives and then double click on it to open the properties dialog box. Click on Decimal for the Base unit. O
Type in one of the following values depending on that drive letter you want to hide.

A: 1B: 2C: 4D: 8
E: 16
F: 32G: 64H: 128I: 256
J: 512
K: 1024L: 2048M: 4096N: 8192
O: 16384

If you want to hide drive E, just type in the value 16. The really cool thing about this trick is the fact that you can hide multiple drives by adding the numbers of the particular drives together. For example, if you want to hide drive E and drive G, you would type in the number 80, which is 64 + 16.
Restart your computer and your drive will now be hidden! Trying to hide your system drive (C) will not work as Windows has to use this drive to run correctly, so don’t store your secret files there!
When you want to get your drives back, change the value of NoDrives to 0 or simply delete the value altogether. Of course, having to do this every day can be a pain, so if you’re up for it, you can try and write a registry file that will allow you to insert and delete the value by just double-clicking a file.
This trick also works for mapped drives, so if you want to hide mapped drives, you can do it this way (though it might just be easier to disconnect a mapped drive).
