Bandwidth Hack - Increase bandwidth by 20%

This hack enables you to increase your bandwidth by 20 percent. Microsoft reserves 20%
of your available bandwidth for their own purposes. To disable the policy or lower down the reserved bandwidth do:

• Start>Run>gpedit.msc
  
• Go to: Local Computer Policy>Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates>Network>QOS Packet Scheduler>Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
  
• ENABLE reservable bandwidth, and then set it to desired percentage.
